Welcome to your home away from home! We’re a family run self-catering cottage in the heart of the Grahamstown suburbs. Graeme College is a stones throw away & it’s less than a 5 min drive into Central Grahamstown

General info
The cottage is split over 2 floors with the kitchen and living room on the ground floor and the bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. There‘s private parking and has it’s own garden and fully equipped kitchen all within 5 mins of Central Grahamstown. A sleeper couch allows an additional sleeping space if required. Backup lighting is available for when there’s load shedding too
Allocated private parking
The cottage has it’s own private parking, but shares the drive with the owners too. Safety is very important to us and there is an electric fence and monitored alarm system with panic button in the main bedroom. There are bars on all the windows and the doors have security gates too
Kitchen
Make use of the kitchen facilities which includes a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, gas oven & stove and a coffee machine. Tea, milk and sugar is also provided along with the cutlery & crockery you’d need to make you feel at home
Lounge
We offer a variety of amenities to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible including complimentary high-speed internet access and a comfortable sofa bed which is perfect for 2 kids or an adult. A smart TV to watch Netflix/ Prime can be found on the ground floor of this duplex cottage
Upstairs Bedroom
The bedroom is upstairs and has contemporary clean 400 thread count bedding with bedside lamps and a very comfortable Queen size bed. The bathroom has recently been modernised and has a thermostatic shower so the water temperature is always “just right” as well as a heated towel rail to ensure your towel is always warm too
Outside space
There’s a private balcony off the main bedroom which overlooks a conservation area which promotes a wide variety of birds and flowers. The cottage benefits from it’s own private garden with a charcoal BBQ (Weber). Please arrange for coal/firefighters etc AHEAD of your stay if you’d like us to sort this for you
